It was great to be back at Rocky Mountain National Park for the 2016 Night Sky Festival, especially during the centennial celebration of the National Park Service. Thanks to rangers Barbara Scott and Cynthia Langguth for inviting me to give a talk and workshop at the festival and to Jean Muenchrath for allowing Ann and me to stay in the amazing William Allen White artist-in-residence cabin. The 10 days in the park allowed me to explore a few places I hadn’t photographed and I could return to familiar places to see new scenes. Betsy and Roger Leverton were helpful as ever during the Wednesday Evening Program Artists Talks. Thanks also to all the volunteers and staff for making the stay incredible as usual.
